1. Listing Presentation

At your initial meeting, both you and your Inhab agent will share expectations and goals for a successful partnership in selling your home. Your agent will discuss marketing strategies, timeframes, and value of your home. With ever-changing market conditions, your agent will provide you with information and data to best understand the impact of the current market in selling your home.

2. Marketing Strategy

Your Inhab agent will develop a marketing strategy that will competitively position your home in the market. Your agent will draw on proven marketing solutions that will create maximum exposure for your home with the intent to generate a maximum price in the optimum length of time.

3. Showings

For showings, responsiveness is key. Your Inhab agent will quickly respond to showing requests from other agents and meet all prospective buyers at your property. We’ll then provide you with feedback from those showings as well as market updates.

4. Negotiate Contract

Once a buyer makes an offer on your home, your Inhab agent will walk you through the contract. There are three primary details to address: price, terms, and timeline. Your agent will present you with your options and advocate for you. Your agent’s expertise will help you arrive at the final price, terms, and timeline you and the buyer agree upon.

5. Contract to Close

Prior to closing, a home inspection and an appraisal will be conducted by the buyer to determine the home’s condition and confirm its value. If there are any areas of concern, your Inhab agent will advise you and negotiate on your behalf to ensure all inspection, finance, and appraisal contingencies are addressed and your home is ready to close.

6. Closing Day

On closing day, your Inhab agent will be with you and navigate with you through the legal documents that you will sign. Congratulations!
